In my opinion, he drew canes and capes like a left-handed ape, but what do I know. I have to admire his recession with filling notebooks with cane studies. Would you happen to know if Steven Wardell was the artist who created the obscure, little-known but highly infulential U.S. Army comic strip that ran in the military humor mag, LATRINE, about the adventures of a Nazi-fighting walking stick, "Citizen Cane?" I've always wondered.

By the way, welcome to Facebook! I'm glad to send you are branching out! I will send you a friend request soon!Paul C.Tumeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05398929835829679477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2577154746554800558.post-60972940274991376222012-01-20T11:34:09.644-08:002012-01-20T11:34:09.644-08:00Dear Mr. Murrey,

My sister got all the money, but since he "held me in greater esteem" this is what I got.
I have tried on several occasions to sell a trunk or two, but with no success. There is not much interest on eBay in multiple studies of a cane (or an aquarium or a ball). Instead of securing my fortune, I have been forced to pay hundreds of dollars to store these trunks and pay for their transport when I have moved. If you are interested, I can let you have them for a good price. At this point, I think I would be financially better off if you would just take them. With kind regards I await your reply.Jim Gillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10360318812626909513noreply@blogger.com
